Abilities of the fruit: The Kaze Kaze No Mi allows the user to create manipulate and become wind at will making the user a wind human.

Mastery levels
1st Level
At this stage the user is able to create become and manipulate wind. The user can also use the abilities this fruit grants them to fly, The drawback to this is that due to the inexperience with the fruit and its abilities they wouldnt be able to fly very fast nor very high Only moving at about 10 mph and reaching about 10 feet into the air. Due to the user not knowing the fruit very well its piercing capacity is limited being only strong enough to destroy wood and weak low grade steel and metal.

2nd Level
At this stage the user is much more accustomed to their ability able to use it for a variety of purposes other than simply attacking or defending and can fly much faster and higher then previously mentioned around 40 mph and reaching 35 feet into the air. An example of this would be focusing wind on body parts to make an attack Ex: A punch more effective creating a weapon out of wind redirecting ranged attacks creating air vaccums and even moving clouds. The user can also start small typhoons and create weak hurricanes. The prowess and control the user shows with the fruit also increases along with the piercing capacity at this stage the users wind can break through stronger substances like some of the finer quality steels and metals.


3rd Level
At this stage the user is practically one with the wind understanding their devil fruits ability completely and being able to reach heights of about 65 feet in the air and move at speeds around 70 mph. The piercing capacity one again increases being able to pierce through harder material such as top notch steels and metals. The user can also create stronger hurricanes and large typhoons.

I'd Reccomend filling them in if possible, saves time later on. Also, you are being too subjective in the description.

How fast is not Very Fast? Needs to be more specific with an actual unit of measurement as my interpretation of Fast could be different to yours etc.

Levels

Right I'm going to be blunt about this the restrictions you've given yourself are ridiculously specific. When making a fruit you just need to put down the basic powers for each level then pretty much copy that and put it in the next level but just write down a few more powers like how I've done with my logia I put down that I can create & manipulate this and that not to what extents or anything though.

Then the next level I put down the same thing again with another power and then I did the same for the next level and it was approved. That is all that needs to be done, not all the specifics because if anything all it does is makes your fruit weaker and gives you more and more problems you'll most likely create when you go against some of the powers you wrote yourself in the rp.

When we give you help on the chatbox we do it so you'll actually get approved and not so you can ignore it and then do the opposite which you seem to have done a few times now. Your only making it harder on yourself by not heading our advice.
