Devil Fruit Name: Hōkai Hōkai no Mi

Translation: Decay Decay Fruit

Appearance of the Fruit: The fruit appears to be a sphere which is a pale blue colour. The fruit has a series of spirals all over it and pinkish red insides. The fruit has two stems on it both of which reach out in a lime green spiral. The fruit's skin feels leathery & rough.

Type: Paramecia

Abilities of the fruit: The Hōkai Hōkai No Mi turns the user into a decay man/woman, capable of decaying their own body and organic substances as well as emitting a rancid stench.

Mastery levels
1st Level
At the 1st stage level of this fruit the user is given the ability to decay their own body. This is slightly like a regeneration fruit as it allows them to rot away all of their skin and regrow it however when it grows back it will not be harmed. However they are unable to decay their bones and only their organs. Once the user has decayed their organs the lack of organs will not effect the user in a similar way to the the Yomi Yomi no Mi and how Brook's lack of organs does not effect his life.

2nd Level
At this stage of this fruit the user is given the ability to decay their own body. This is slightly like a regeneration fruit as it allows them to decay away all of their skin and regrow it however when it grows back it will not be harmed. However they are unable to decay their bones and only their organs. Once the user has decayed their organs the lack of organs will not effect the user in a similar way to the the Yomi Yomi no Mi and how Brook's lack of organs does not effect his life. The user is now also able to decay anything they come into contact with. They must remain in contact with it to decay them though and once they lose contact they can no longer decay it, this decaying ability works on other humans too. Although when decaying other items/characters, they are unable to reverse the process. To decay others the decaying process will only work on one thing at a time such as Skin then bones then organs. At this stage it will take 2 posts per layer.

3rd Level
At this stage of this fruit the user is given the ability to decay their own body. This is slightly like a regeneration fruit as it allows them to decay away all of their skin and regrow it however when it grows back it will not be harmed. However they are unable to decay their bones and only their organs. Once the user has decayed their organs the lack of organs will not effect the user in a similar way to the the Yomi Yomi no Mi and how Brook's lack of organs does not effect his life. The user is now also able to decay anything they come into contact with. This decaying ability works on other humans too. Although when decaying other items/characters they are unable to reverse the process. To decay others the decaying process will only work on one thing at a time such as Skin then bones then organs. At this stage it will take 1 posts per layer. When the user touches something/one to decay they no longer need to stay in contact, the user will be able to generate a sphere around them which reaches out five meters maximum and anything which comes into that radius will rot away quickly people included. However this sphere is difficult to use and requires allot of strength and thus the user is only allowed to use it for a maximum of 5 posts. The user at this stage also is able to generate a stench which gives the sensation of burning to the nostrils, although the stench makes them more noticeable, the user is immune to it and it causes the foes to feel dazed and frustrated. The effects will end 3 posts after the foe immersed in the stench.
