N/A
Appearance:
His eyes are a silvery gray color and his hair was a sleek golden-blonde color that was neatly combed to the side, like a regular businessman would style their hair. His jawline is somewhat squarish, but retains most of its roundness. He bears a permanent tearing that extends his mouth to the right, somewhat like a jagged smile someone with a rusty knife carved in. His arms bear many straight, horizontal cuts from a small blade, although those are heavily camouflaged with the burns. He wears a simple, white, collared shirt with rolled up sleeves and a tactical vest that provides minimal protection but allows him to carry as many bullets as he can stuff into those pouches. He wears black slacks and heavily worn, black loafers.
Personality:
Tullus is a depressed man who is currently undergoing a suicidal phase. Normally, we would be a calm and collective but serious man who would think through every step to the very last detail, and put plenty of effort into the actions he does, but now he's a little bit less of that and rarely cares for self preservation, claiming that something out there would break his ''magic armor'' and finally end his many years of life. Despite his suicidal tenancies and his frequent attempts at suicide, he groans at the idea of it and rather wishes to die in glorious combat against an actual enemy. If someone were to see him attempting suicide and stop him, he will go off on a bit of a fit and yell, strangely enough, "What if I had died?!" With some insults tacked on to it as well. Then he'll probably go on with a bit of a lavish monologue and ask them why did they stop him.
Before the incident, he would gladly be friends with people, a warm and calm heart that seems to reach out to everyone that wants to truly befriend him. Now, Tullus does not care for good relationships with people, giving people the cold shoulder whenever they try to warm up to him. A cold-hearted bastard is what would describe him loosely. To him, relationships are essentially meaningless; while he does and will see respect and camaraderie towards his fellow crew mates and family, he won't be all buddy-buddy with them. Getting too emotionally attached to someone opens up an external weak point, according to him. While this may seem a tad bit illogical, seeing as his entire squad was murdered in front of his eyes, he finds highly justified and quite logical indeed.
He has a deep, rumbling voice muffled under the bandages to speak in a bookish manner, often quoting people, from books and from other types of media. Tullus is also not the one who likes putting up with resistance. Should a criminal prove to be difficult in complying with orders, he'll gladly stick a bullet in their leg to make them get the hint. In addition to his bookish manner, he's also quite the bookworm and it won't be uncommon to find Tullus reading a copy of a scripture or some other kind of book. Following his life-changing incident, he has developed arsonphobia and absolutely won't go near a fire or start one to save his life, and believes burning to death is something nobody has to suffer through.
The law means little to Tullus now, seeing as even the law can only do so much to protect. Sure, arresting people and putting them in jail or on trial can only get you so far, but sometimes the law can give a little bit too much elbow space for convicted criminals. However, it should be noted that he is only disgruntled with the current justice system and seeks reform in certain aspects, not a complete change in management. Due to this mindset, Tullus shoots to kill rather than to arrest, although he will begrudgingly follow orders to specifically perform arrests when needed. His favourite method of interrogation/torture is kneecapping with his trusty revolver.
Character History
Background
Tullus LeVitt was born into a family as the fourth and final child of a prostitute and a father who shares no genetic similarities with any of Tullus' other siblings. Basically, his siblings were only half-siblings. His mother, knowing that growing up with a prostitute for a mother isn't exactly the best kind of environment to raise a child, put him in a stable and socially normal family where he could live a normal life without a prostitute for a mother. And he lived a normal life as a child. He went to school like everyone else, was bullied for a time before he beat the shit out of his bullies, got a good education and showed an interest in joining the Marines.
When Tullus turned sixteen, he joined the Marines and had a hard time there. He knew to expect hard work and training for most of the day, but he wasn't prepared for such strenuous activities they had to do to get fit. However, he persevered and kept looking forward, knowing one day that he'll be the one commanding the troops be doing his bidding instead of the other way around. Tullus showed his strengths and impressed the higher ups, who sent down a promotion each year towards him so he'll be even more of a valuable asset to the Marines. However, he never actually was deployed on any missions or put on a ship, strangely enough. Instead, he was with the reserves helping the officers do work and help delegate tasks between the lower ranks.
At the age of 22, Tullus was finally deployed on a mission to another island. He was incredibly eager to finally do some field work instead of sitting in an office all day or training and whatnot. When the ship docked, Tullus was sent out with the recon squad. When they reached the town, the townsfolk were burning people by the stake or just tying them up and burning them in a bonfire. The recon squad was quickly discovered and was treated with extreme hostility. Most of the squad members were captured, including Tullus and were to be burned alive like the rest for some reason. Luckily, the ones that escape hurried back to the ship to mobilize and save the captured recon squad before they were burnt to a crisp. Unluckily, most of them were already burning. The crazed townsfolk decided to burn the Marines first and the rest later, all while Tullus was watching as his squad mates were killed. He was the final one to be thrown into the fire and nearly died from the burns he had gotten. Fortunately, the rest of the Marines came back and started shooting up the town and successfully saved Tullus before he died. Traumatized by the amount of trauma he had gotten, Tullus returned to his parents to recuperate.
His recovery didn't last long, however, as he found himself rejoining just a month later. His peers found him to be completely different from what they last saw him; An enthusiastic man with pride that's larger than life. Now all they see is someone devoid of emotion. He serves until present day, where he earned the rank of Lieutenant over the years and got himself a slick, new revolver.

Weapon Description
Weapon Special Abilities:
No.
Weapon History:
After saving up enough money only to blow it all in a single purchase, Tullus wanted to make his firearm more recognizable and less generic, to make his gun actually his gun and not Marine property. He had every single piece of his gun imported from all four Blues, pieced together and engraved by the finest craftsmen money can buy. Unfortunately, after that he spent nearly all of his money and was flat broke. He didn't even buy a speed loader with it.

Character Dexterity: Skilled
Combat Information
Unarmed Combat:
When disarmed, Tullus will resort to using the standard Marine Close Quarters Combat in order to take his enemies down. His skill is on par with an average Marine foot soldier.
Weapon Based Combat:
Tullus relies heavily on his firearm and rarely ever strays from using it unless he's out of bullets, which he'll rarely ever be, or his enemy proves to be very persistent in closing the gap between them. If he has to fight in close quarters, he won't do it for very long and consistently try to create another gap through pistol whipping his enemies or using CQC tactics to create another gap. Now that he has obtained Gluttony, he will rely on it to really get people who want to be up close and personal out of his face.
