Tarou started off as arrogant, loud, egotistical and immature. Raised in the Way of Assassination, he used to be so great of an attention-seeker, he would accidently alert others to his presence by declaring his presence, forgetting that he had spoken aloud. He resents when people get more attention than himself, but he similarly hates being the center of attention. As he got older, Tarou began to temper his arrogance with a firm resolve, although his lofty ideals and aspirations sometimes result in him beating himself up for every one of his failures, even if failure would’ve been the result for even a significantly superior individual in the same situation.
Tarou is very warm-hearted and considerate, but he has a terribly cold mean streak. When his anger flares, it’s the kind of ice-cold anger that is often followed by a strong desire for vengeance, even to excess. He struggles with what he calls ‘the Devil within’, and his behavior often brings to light – for those watching – that there is a powerful internal struggle between the warm, sweet and loving Tarou… and the dark, cold, and malicious Tarou.
Character History
Background
Growing up, Tarou was always tougher and stronger than other boys his age, and still is – to a great extent – amongst the strongest in the world, amongst his age bracket. However, having come in contact with many of the superpowers sailing across the world, Tarou has been faced with the painful reality that he is nothing more than a big fish in a small pond. As such, Tarou has become even more fiercely determined to become the most deadly assassin in the world, even resorting to the use of poisons, toxins and other nasty tricks in order to accomplish his ends. Much of the hubris, ego, and arrogance he once had was reduced after realizing that he still had a lot of growing left to do. Afterwards, while he is still somewhat smug and haughty, he isn't so much of a jerk about it, and realizes that he needs to keep his mouth quiet unless he's sure he can back up what he says with deeds.
Raised in a village that saw it's people as nothing more than living weapons, and it's Clans merely different 'tools' of the Village, Tarou grew up in a family that was regarded for their expert use of poisons. The Hikari Clan, despite the irony of their name (meaning "Light") was often behind the death of top-tier and high-influence individuals who were died, suddenly and inexplicably, from various forms of poisoning that no doctor could explain, or lay a finger upon. For the longest time, the Hikari Clan - known for their tan skin, yellow eyes, brown hair, and strange rune-like markings along their arms, legs, back, torso, neck (etc), which are often the cause for them concealing their skin (save for the face) in loose, flowing clothing that can envelope them and conceal these markings.
Growing up, Tarou's family dynamic was pretty specific: his parents groomed him for the Way of the Assassin (much like what we know as Shinobi), from grueling workout regiments, lifting obnoxiously heavy weights, to training with some of the Village's best. On his 15th Birthday (where our story begins), he has been deemed ready for his 'Coming of Age' Ritual, which requires that he acquire a certain amount of Beli (purely from claimed Bounties) before returning home, at which point he will be declared "A man, full grown".

Abilities:
- Acrobatics (Mastered): There are few feats of tumbling, jumping and aerial maneuvering that Tarou isn't familiar with. He is always training his hand-eye coordination, and his agility, through many daring feats, as well as small entertainment feats (juggling an absurd amount of objects, balancing on narrow objects with a single finger, etc).
- Contortionism (Mastered): Tarou can bend most of his limbs pretty far in the opposite direction from what most people can move said limbs. He can bend backwards, arching his back until his toes can touch his face, and he can also dislocate the joints along his legs, arms, feet and hands, in order to bend in especially difficult positions.
- Ballistics (Mastered): Tarou is able to hit the bullseye of a target a decent distance away, assuming the weapon or item he's using can sail that far (aerodynamics
permitting). He's also effective at judging the trajectory, speed and precision of ranged attacks (and ranged weaponry like cannons, etc) in short time, and can gauge the wind speed very quickly, and intuitively. (Hit Rate of said ballistics are determined using the Dexterity stat, as per the site norm)

Toxic Dart: Tarou throws a weapon, item (etc) laden with one of his toxins. It is then infused with the properties of that toxin, and will inflict it upon the foe upon contact (assuming he can land a hit with it).
Toxic Blow: Tarou throws a punch, kick (etc) laden with one of his toxins. The boot/glove/(etc) in question then gains the effect of the toxin in question, assuming Tarou can land the blow on his foe.
Toxic Wind: By maneuvering himself and his foe so that they are downwind of him, Tarou will release a toxin in the air, so that it makes contact with the foe's skin. If the foe inhales the toxin, they will be even more negatively affected by it

Combo Combat: Tarou will often use his cunning, deception and skills of stealth in order to strategically place both himself, and his opponent. When including teammates in these tactics, the effectiveness of these tactics is increased significantly, by enough to almost always ensure the maneuver's success (hopefully without casualties).

I have already asked you once before to read the rules and not double post Max, please do not do it again. Because it is clear that you have no read the rules in any way shape or form due to the majority of your actions. This is not a subject that is up for debate & does not require an explanation. Just know that if this continues to persist that we will no longer take notice of you or your character.

I can't delete my own posts. I tried to make the best of a glitch FORUMOTION incurred (the double-post, purely accidental), due to buggy server lag. I won't lie and accept blame for it, nor for trying to work with it, and help Staff out by setting up a Thread list. In the future, please don't immediately ASSUME wrongdoing on the other person's end.
To-date, I'm not (nor have I been) exploiting loopholes, or going out of my way to break rules. I'm not splitting hairs. I obey the rules, as they were written, literally, and precisely. If I make a mistake, and am politely reminded/corrected, I will do my best to never repeat the mistake.
If you would be so kind, and delete the accidental double-post, I would be immensely grateful.

- In both the history and appearance it says that Tarou is 15 however in the age section of the application it says he's 14.

I don't think these two abilities belong in the unarmed section, since technically he is still using an object/thing to harm his opponent. By unarmed, we mean using fists, kicks punches with your bare hands and feet without the use of any object.
