Appearance:

Despite having the appearance of a child, Arthur is actually much older. He is exceptionally short compared to other characters, with messy blond hair and a pair of emerald green eyes. He also lacks facial hair, further accentuating his adolescent appearance. Regardless of his stature and youthful looks, he is relatively muscular, possessing an array of well-developed abdominal muscles. He has eyes that some say that if you stare long enough you could get lost in them. He has a some-what tanned skin tone probably from all the sailing he has done and being in the sunlight. He has a strong jaw and pearly white teeth that shines in the sun. He wears a black long sleeved shirt. The sleeves have white small strips on them. He then wears a short jacket with the hood fluffy. He also wears black pants they reach to his calfs and is rolled up at the ends. He then wears a pair of back boots with a white bunny on them. The inside of the boots are fluffy. He also has a pocket watch as a necklace. Its black with a silver outlining he doesn't know how much it cost.

Personality: Since Arthur was born he had a strong sense and love for toys. He was already deemed to be a some what genius by the age of 5 being able to make intricate toys without breaking a sweat. He spent hours upon hours working. But that doesn't mean he lost the child in him he did play here and there. He is shown to be very bawdy and loves to frequently tell jokes. Arthur seems to be very laid-back and easygoing person which is weird seeing how this behavior is in direct contrast with his work. he takes everything lightly regardless of the severity of the moment. in surprising, unexpected situations, he is apparently not shocked and even when a bullet was fired in his direction, he seemed to be focused only on eating his food. He even asked the offenders To buy him another sandwich. After destroying a building from a failed experiment, he laughed to himself that the force he used was a tad excessive. woop woop dats the sound of the police <3

Character History


Background


Arthur was born to a wonderful family. They loved him and treated him well. He also did ok in school. But Arthur had a unusual talent to make intricate toys at a very young age people called him a some what genius. He was often asked at school to make certain things. This of course made Arthur happy but he had no time to do what he wanted to do. He was being over worked. He decided that he would slow it down and do request once per month. He then got a little baby sister. She had black hair. Green eyes from his father and a wonderful smile to boot. His parents thought she was very special. They didn’t tell him why but thats all they said. It was about this time when Arthur wanted to learn how to fight and protect his special sister. There was an usual man in town and he did some usual martial arts but with pay he would teach Arthur. He man has brown skin and a white beard. At the time Arthur was 10.

He was somewhat buff and his eyes showed that he had been through some dangerous stuff. He would teach first teach Arthur the basics and then he would teach some of the advanced stuff. After 10 years of training Arthur was quite good in what the man called Muay Thai. But on his 21 first birthday something terrible happened. Bandits came and killed his parents and took his sister. Arthur was away on a training trip and when he returned it was to late. Some of the villagers said that they bandits took his sister but first he had to check up on his parents. But this made Arthur think of what the bandits would need with his sister. The only thing that came to mind what that his parents called her "special"

When he saw their bodies he wanted to throw up. But he couldn't because there was still a chance that his little sister was still alive. After tracking them down he over heard them say the government wanted the girl and for a high price. He was going to stop them but the next day the ship set sail and Arthur lost track of them. Arthur found what people called Revolutionaries and the said they would help them find his sister. But for one price he would help them overthrow the government. He was killing two birds with 1 stone so he of course accepted the offer and became a Revolutionary. 

They took him to meet a high ranking officer in the Revolutionaries and he sighed Arthur up and Arthur began his life as a Revolutionary. On of his first assignments since he was good at stealth was to spy on a marine base and gather info. His next assignment was to destroy that very base. He of course needed help and with the help of 500 men he successfully destroyed his first marine base. He was well on his way to getting revenge for his mother, father and little sister. After a few years he was going nowhere. He still had no idea of where his sister was and he was having no fun. He decided to leave the Revolutionaries by faking his death. He did so by getting a fake gun and walking to the edge of the ship. He fired the fake gun which would fire a small pellet and make him pass out from the shock. below there was a small crew he had made for himself of 3 people. they caught him and hid from the eyes of the Revolutionaries by going underwater. after some time the passed by and the 4 used the life raft they stole to find the closest island. after gathering enough supplies form the island it was time the 4 of them find a crew. Arthur being of course the captain.

He left to find his own crew and with this he would have fun and he would sail at his own pace. After a year he got 100 crew mates. He was finally having fun and they didn't make fun of his size...most of the time. While sailing the seas and battling other pirate crews he found a ship with a suspicious fruit. It looked weird and being the captain he is he took it for himself and ate it in his courters. It tasted horrid. Like nothing he ever ate before. The next island they arrived on when he found a trash can he threw the fruit away thinking it was bad. But as he did that one pirate saw and he immediately checked to see if it was bitten. To his disarray it was bitten. And probably by that boy over there. He asked Arthur did he eat a terrible tasting fruit. Arthur asked why and the man said he thinks he ate a Devil fruit. Arthur at the time didn't know what it was and so the man explained everything. He also told Arthur about Haki. He even told Arthur about the fruit he ate. Arthur was once again a toy maker. But this time out of people. 

He got 50 more crew mates from that island and needed a bigger ship. So they sailed to another island and got supplies for a larger ship. Of course it took longer to build. 2 years in fact but during that time Arthur trained with his Devil Fruit and with his body. He also trained with his Haki. It took a bit but he was soon a beginner at Kings and Arms Haki. The island had lots of food so they were in to need for food for those 2 years. But his mates also wanted money. So they split into two groups. the group that would stay and train and the group that would  go out and get money. The stay island group consisted of 50 people including Arthur and 1 of his 3 generals(one of the three original crew members aka 1 of the 3 first mates) the rest set out to get money for the crew. They went out for a year and came back with a boat load of cash. Most probably from stealing x3

He wanted 100 more crew mates before actually setting sail so he went to the neighboring island and spent another 2 years training but this time also getting crew mates. He found many friends and foes but he finally had his crew and his ship. It wasn't a dream ship but it was close. He was a 25 year old captain with a devil fruit on his way to getting to the Grand Line. But right at the entrance the marines were there. precisely 5 ships. Arthur had to fight them while he got heavily damaged he beat them and destroyed the 5 ships they shared. They had to go back to other island to heal up and while on the islands he destroyed the towns themselves. During one of these town raids he found the two flintlocks he uses today. He named them the two kings because they looked like flintlocks kings would have.

He wasn't in the mood to be stalled so he had to destroy the island. It was finally time for him to get into the Grand Line. He was ready and he was eager to find clues to his sister. He wreaked havoc in the Grand Line and then thought of the perfect idea. He would get close to the government and become a Shichibukai. He knew his crew mates wouldn't like the idea but they would only have to act like dogs until their captain gets the information he needs. It seems they wanted him because of his devil fruit ability. With his child like appearance and smile he could persuade anyone to making a contract with him. With that they could control anyone they wanted. As long as they controlled Arthur. But after getting the info he needed Arthur would need to leave the Shichibukai. They would need to leave the government and go on his own and get his sister back! He of course met other Shichibukai and even fell in love with one of them. She is called Alice. Her beautiful pink hair and mysterious grey eyes. But she yet has not acknowledged him and he wants her to do so.

Muai Thai Expert: He has learned Muai Thai for a long time and has gotten quite good at it. He isn't a master yet but he is close.

At what age did Arthur start learning Muay Thai?
Why would the bandits kill his parents but only capture his sister? Wouldn’t they take the mother too?
How did he destroy the first marine base?

You can’t just touch someone and have them turn into a toy, you need to make a contract with them. Also, they would forget about the person as soon as the guy turned into a toy, so they’d be more surprised about there suddenly being a toy in their midst.
Out of a hundred people, not one of them knew about a devil fruit?
Pirates also have to get paid, four years of training they’d have to patrol places to get money.
Defeating two vice admirals is not a very easy thing to do, especially when they have five ships, especially when those five ships are full of men, even with what, 250 men; also no title characters please, unless they’ve been canon on the site.
