The man who killed his friend and what he considered his father, needed to be revenged. Chiru plans on executing him and making a large scene, and a humiliating death.

Inside, Chiru has always wanted a new friend. He does not intend to search or recruit, but if someone crosses his path that wanted to be with him, Chiru would feel amazing with an actual comrade who he could protect now.

-Meet his real father in the Grand Line
Chiru had heard his father was notorious and was almost ready for the Grand Line. This was one of his inspirations to become a pirate, to meet the man who made him.

Chiru is tall and thin, he is 6'1 and weighs 150 lbs. His most notable feature is his shoulder length pink hiar wuth bangs going to the right side. He has amber eyes with white rimmed, rectangular framed glasses. He has a formal look, making him look scholarly. Chiru wears a pink dress shirt followed by a brown sleeveless vest over it. Under that are dark brown pants followed by black dress shoes. On his right hand is a large looking burn mark, which it is a birthmark, that is dark red across the back of his hand going down 2 inches across his arm.


Personality: Chiru is a crazy guy who would appear to society as a cheesy mad scientist. However, Chiru is just a weird surgeon, who cares for those he is close and loyal to. About his weirdness, he is very talkative and expressive. He says whatever is on his mind.

Even though Chiru seems like someone nobody wants to be around, he is actually a good comrade and friend. He is very cooperative, and he will help get the job done. He is not a little bitch who accepts all orders, but for those he trusts and as long as he agrees with the mission, he will cooperate.

Being smart doesn't mean you act smart and same applies to being stupid... Chiru may act like a goober, but he is aware of his limits and others, usually. He is very perceptive and normally you won't hear him say something that isn't accurate. When he says whatever is on his mind, it is what he sees and what he understands.


Character History


Background
Being abandoned, Chiru's father was a pirate notoroious, and his mother died after giving birth. A friend of his mother's, kept him. She didn't want him, but how would she feel if she abandoned him? Chiru had a terrible childhood, he wasn't loved and had nothing to do. In his room, he would doodle random things and became a decent artist. It wasn't much of a passion, and it became very jaded. He had a lonely, boring childhood.

One day, when Chiru was 12, he was thinking of his father. Then he remembered he didn't know anything at all about him besides the fact he was a pirate. Pirates would always cause havoc at night and at the bar. Could he find information about him there. That night, Chiru sneaked out and went to find facts about his father. He made it to the bar and asked somebody at random. The man he asked what not a good choice.. "Do you know of my father, Chiru?" Eche asked. Chiru was sent flying. "That damn brat! He's the one who gave me my damn scar!" he said, growling as a large scar going across his face began to flare. Pulling out a cutlass, he started to grin. "Since he is going to the Grand Line, the only thing I can do to him now is give his kid the same mark he gave me..." he said slashing at Chiru. The blade cut down his right cheek three inches, but before it could do anymore damage, the blade was parried by a dagger.

Surgery Style: Open Hand. The man dug the dagger into the pirate having him drop the cutlass. Chiru blacked out and woke to seeing the old man stitching his cut. After the man finished, they began to chat.
Your father was a great man. I was once his doctor, but I decided to stay here. He told me about the pride of his life, you. Your father didn't give me much detail but I didn't think you were actually on this island. He's still alive and doing well, and is headed towards to Grand Line now. The least I can do is help you out," the old man said.
"Really?! I want to meet him!" Chiru exclaimed. "Please teach me how you defeated that man!"
"Ok, well first you must learn to be a surgeon," the man said handing him a medical book. "Come back and I'll give you more books, and eventually I will train you," he said. "It's the least I can do, Chiru."

Chiru went the next week after he finished the book, and the man taught him a little about being a doctor, and told him to keep reading. Chiru went to the library to collect books about surgery, and there wasn't many so he even learned about basic medical knowledge like a common doctor. When he got to spend time with the old man when he was around 18, he also taught him the technique, Surgery Style, which he said is for self defense. He became the man's helper as he grew older, and as he grew older, his Surgery Style and medical knowledge grew stronger. He was like a father, as Chiru was a son to him.

Chiru did not go to all operations, for he had to do chores around the house still. After about a year, the old man performed a surgery drunk, despite his age he always loved to . This man however, was a marine. It was a simple operation, especially for a man of his talent. The captain of the marine then did immediate investigating, for the man shouldn't have died. He then got into an altercation with the marine, and was killed. Chiru was informed by the hospital on what happened, which was a misleading report from the marines, for they said the man killed the patient and attacked the captain. He knew it was false and found out who this captain was. He had to take action against this marine, it was time for him to take his life.

Growing up around a surgeon and studying for many years, Chiru became a good doctor. He started his first few minor operations when he started his business, so he also has slight experience for operating.

As a child, Chiru had not much to do and he chose to draw. He can use this for useful things such as diagrams for the human body, but not much, it is just one of his talents.

Unarmed Combat:
Surgery Style: Pendulum Eye
When close enough the user places his thumb next to the eye and pushes back as well as inwards to fit their thumb towards the back of the eye and pops it out of the socket in which the eye ball will be left hanging by the optic nerve.

Surgery Style: Chiropractor
Flattening the palm and slamming their hand into a foe's back the user is able to partially paralyze a foe by coming into contact with certain segments of the spine. The opponent will be paralyzed for 3 posts if the user is stronger than the opponent is resilient.

Weapon Based Combat:
Surgery Style: Carotid Stinger
Using a blade of any type the user slashes towards the carotid artey in their foe's neck & face. This will cause the foe to bleed to death if not treated within 20 posts. If the foe does anything to increase the blood flow then the foe will die after 10 posts. If they treat the wound before then it can be stopped. This technique will cause the foe to bleed to death and the only way to stop it is to stop the blood flow and the user from bleeding to death.

Surgery Style: Roman Suicide
Taking a blade of any type and digging it into the foe's thigh the user attempts to cut an artery which the roman's used to cut causing them to bleed to death. Like the Carotid Stinger this will cause the foe to bleed to death if not treated within 20 posts. If the foe does anything to increase the blood flow then the foe will die after 10 posts. If they treat the wound then it can be stopped. This technique will cause the foe to bleed to death and the only way to stop it is to stop the blood flow and the user from bleeding to death.

Surgery Style: Blood Fountain
Using a blade of any type to slash through the waist of the foe the user cuts their main artery & capileries causing blood to gush forth like a fountain. The user will bleed to death in 10 posts due to the speed at which the blood gushes out and if they continue to do anything which causes the heart to beat faster then, they will bleed out in 5 posts. This technique will cause the foe to bleed to death and the only way to stop it is to stop the blood flow and the user from bleeding to death. However the pressure at which the blood spurts forth is so strong that to stop it the minimum stat to stop the blood flow would be proficient.

Surgery Style: Open Hand
Using any type of blade the user digs the blade into the foe's wrist and twists it activating nerves to cause the user to open their hand and drop whatever they are holding on to.

Surgery Style: Bone Pile
Using a blade the user stabs the blade into the back a foe between two platelets popping the gel in between the bones. This will permanently paralyze the foe and once they remove the blade, the foe will fall to the floor permanently paralyzed.

• I do not recall once in the history Chiru finding out about how notorious his father was as a pirate and any desire to become a pirate after finding out about his father.

Personality

• People with tourettes are not talkative actually they are very shy about speaking because tourettes is involuntary. They wind up shouting out random things and it makes them very self conscious.

• He is hyper but also cool & calm. This makes no sense.

• In short the personality allot of it contradicts itself, you need to figure out is he going to be like this or like that, he cannot be both. You've clearly tried to say he is like both and thus it is contradicted. The personality needs to be reworked completely so you know what he's going to be like, because currently I couldn't picture how he'd act in any sort of situation.


History

• Why did Chiru go to the bar for a drink?

• Why did this random stranger offer to teach him to be a doctor?

• Surgery Style cannot be found in a book since it was a fighting style constructed via a group of doctors during a revolutionary fight. They didn't write it down because they did not want others learning it.

• This ending for a bio is not applicable as it is a cheap way to avoid role playing the scenario and even if you begin role playing from this very point the thread will only last at most one page. Make a proper ending where it does not end with your character only doing the easy bits of a thread.

Abilities

• Honestly there is bugger all in the history about this, so I'm reluctant to let it pass since I feel its kinda cheap writing a few small sentences about how he practiced and suddenly he's a pretty decent shot. Either add in more information as to his training or remove this because I feel what you've written isn't sufficient.

• If he knows surgery style why isn't this added into this section? Knowing a fighting style is a skill is it not?
