Creating an island template

When creating an island you may create islands for either any of the blues, the grandline or the new world, however upon creating islands as a condition of this you are not allowed to create an island which a character or their family already owns. Any islands you create must be like any other island one in which you have had or have no control over at all. Another of the conditions is that no PC character has severely changed the course of the island's history.
