Appearance:

The island of the Amber Knight order is a large mountainous island with manly large rocky cliff faces of which large castles sit atop. The island is large with many mountains, including a large gaping hole in the center of the island where knights stand guard & peasants work day in and day out shifting large mounds of amber. Or what they believe to be amber. In actual fact it is sap from the Ton'neru pipe as the plant goes under the island leaving a large sap deposit and past it. There are 9 mountains 8 of which have castles atop for the knights of the amber order. Around the pit is a large medieval town where many fairs & other activities are carried out.

History:

The history of the Amber Knight order is that after a group of mercenaries once lead by a noble warrior landed upon the island and after discovering the sap deposits and seeing them like large jewels as it was hardened the group decided to take some for themselves for when they left the island. Their leader however denied them any of the precious jewel which infuriated the knights. Attacking and killing their leader the knights decided to split it up among them all and go their separate ways. 4 of the 9 knights left the island. The 4 whom stayed created a large town on the island. The 5 who left headed off to seek greener pastures. The knights who remained learnt how the amber grew back and started to take from it. But when the knights kept encountering one another they would fight. The knights attempted to separate the town but in attempting to do so the town stood strong on its own denying to be brought into any one side. Understanding the knights built castles over looking the town atop the mountains recruited soldiers.The 5 knights who had traveled discovered that the sap was explosive and learning the properties of it they returned to the island to collect more for their en devours. During one night when all knights approached to collect more all 9 knights were reunited. Exchanging words it was explained that the sap was explosive and should be kept here on the island as their own personal supply. Agreeing the knights all set up castles of their own on each mountain to over look the town and placed new rules. The 9 knight died of old age whilst living on the island as he was the oldest as for the other 8 they were young and still had many years left. Taking up his castle they decided to load the valuable sap into his castle where it would stay unless they would find travelers to sell the explosive sap to. This is how the order of the Amber Knights was born.

Governed by T.A.K.O. the island is forged on the grounds that the knights protect the town and sell their sap for money whilst the citizens live in fear of the knights knowing they have means of killing them at any second if they decline an action.

Plant Life:

Ton'neru Pipes are large vine like plants which grow in a criss-cross pattern with thick amber colored sap in between the hatching which acts like a window and an explosive as it is flammable. These vines create big enough tunnels to walk through without allowing any water to seep in.

They are influenced to grow more by moisture and wherever other plant life grows it attempts to grow in another direction to find more nutrients. All along the vines on the outside there are large leaves which act like receptors to soak up nutrients The receptors act as sensors to find other plant life in the vicinity. These nutrients make the sap thicker and more flammable as well as grow quicker.

Currently the Ton'neru Pipes have only managed to reach just beyond Amber Knight Mountains and half way to Shabondy.
