Otoko VS Mandoralla

Walking slowly into the arena with a slight lean in his step, Otoko stepped past the metal gates which had been separating him from the arena before. Glancing around and surveying the large flat mostly rocky arena. Looking up to ensure there had been nothing blocking him from flying into the air if he needed to.

Changing the direction of his glance, He looked across the large arena at the opponent he'd be facing, A woman donning a psychotic grin on her face and glad in Iron armor, With what looked to be a rather large hammer as her weapon of choice. Shrugging softly, Otoko slowly walked towards her, His gait now more serious as he stood straight up and walked slowly, Ready to react to his opponent's actions at a moments notice.

Marching into the arena with her usual grin, she looked forward and saw her opponent.
Careful, he may be dangerous.
“Then I shall meet his strike with my own!” She’d call to the heavens, before bringing her hammer to bear. With heavy footsteps, she began to charge. Like a juggernaut, she moved toward the opponent. He didn’t look all that intimidating, then again, she’d never seen a pirate she had to back away from, and she never will.
 
Would you like my help?
“No, not now.” She’d grumble. She began to pick up in speed as her strength merged with her weight, aiming to shoulder barge the opponent once he got into range. Once she was sure impact was inevitable, she’d swing her hammer from the left side toward his abdomen after the shoulder barge should it hit. “Holy Swing!”

As the woman charged towards him, The various citizens sitting the seats created in the side of the stone arena had gotten a bit louder. As he she charged him, He continued walking towards her, Not batting an eye.

Hmm. Time to test her.

He would think to himself in his head, And as she swung at him, She surely would have had the satisfaction of caving in his rib cage. That is, If he hadn't ate the flame flame fruit.

As the hammer had gotten closer and closer to his abdomen, He would remain standing straight with a carefree look on his face, Wishing to test something. And as the hammer went through his body, The area she'd swung through being replaced by flames, Otoko gave a sigh of relief. At the same time, The crowd cheered loudly, Though Otoko was not worrying about the excitement of the crowd.

Whew. No sea stone.

After allowing his body to dissipate, He'd decided to waste no more time. Quickly taking a combat stance and hopping back a few feet, Otoko's right hand soon morphed into flames in a brief moment of a brilliant orange glow. Throwing his forward at a moderate speed, A smaller than usual column of fire erupted from his fist and flew towards the woman.

"Fire fist. He uttered casually, Wishing to test the marine's speed and reflexes. Though as a precaution, He allowed his lower half to morph into flames of the same sort in case he needed to fly up for whatever reason.

Raising an eyebrow as her hammer went straight through him, she stared at his body as flames replaced him. She’d heavily take a few steps back, landing with a thump on her feet against the ground as she looked to see his move. His hand morphed into flames, and she could guess what was coming.
He appears to utilise flames.
 
Nodding to the Voice, she thrust the head of her hammer forward, the iron standing firm against the small column of flame that burst against it, spreading in other directions.
Hrm. Would you require my assistance?
 
She’d brace her hammer once more, glowing somewhat from the heat as she looked at the man whose lower body was encased in flames, or they simply replaced it. “Well then!” There was absolutely no honour in attempting to fight this opponent normally.
 
Smacking her hammer against the floor, spikes of earth would make their way toward the opponent. What’s the second best thing to do with fire? Smother it.
“Voice’s Crusade!”
 

Voice’s Crusade:

Taking quick notice of the marine's move and reacting quickly due to his prior readiness, Otoko quickly took high into the sky, Avoiding the spikes and beginning to fly down towards the woman at a medium speed. Suddenly, He crossed his arms across each other, Keeping an open grip and nearly putting his thumb and middle finger together, Leaving just a bit of space. After seeing that this marine clearly possessed some sort of earth based devil fruit, Most likely a paramecia, Otoko had decided to go a bit harsher on the testing of the marine. Though one thing was for sure, She certainly wasn't to be underestimated.

Whether it was the psychotic grin, The loud voice she'd cried out in, Or a combination of the two, But Otoko had come to the conclusion that this marine was probably at least somewhat mentally unstable, And as such, He'd decided to test her strength with something more powerful than his fire fist. During his thoughts, He'd been forming small bright orange flame round structures with protruding and sharp looking spikes. He'd been preparing one of his signature moves, The flame Shuriken.

As he concentrated and the so called 'Shuriken' had begun to fully form and spin rapidly, He allowed his flames to expand three feet out from his body, Beginning to form far more shuriken using the extra flame. Ensuring he'd have enough time to create them, Slowing himself slightly. He gave himself a short burst of speed, Suddenly coming at the woman quite quickly.

"Flame Shuriken Hurricane." He spoke in a soft tone as the several Shuriken Otoko had created came careening directly towards the marine at a speed which had been moderately faster than the fire fist, Now heading directly towards mandoralla. Wasting no time to watch if it actually hit, He quickly headed across the arena before touching down upon the ground and glancing back to see what damage he had caused. If any.

She’d roll her eyes. Looks like she was fighting a pure flame person. She wondered what he could do without that, but she had a fight to be in. She watched as he created a nimbus of flame that span around quickly, expanding around him as it grew in pace and size. She’d wrinkle her nose as he came at her at great speed.
 
She’d throw back her head and raise her hammer.
“O’ voice, hear my plea!” She’d call out.
Have no fear, I hear you. It spoke back mildly.
 
The ground in front of her would crack and crumble as a wall of earth would rise up in the space between Otoko and Mandoralla, she’d aim to make it as close as possible, so he could smack his face and the flame technique against the sudden mound of earth. Well, at least the technique’d hit it, she’d note he flew around and looked at her as if to see the damage he hadn’t done.
 
“Well then..” She’d mutter, smacking the butt of her hammer down upon the ground. She’d attempt to raise the earth around him and encase the kid in rock, as if he just splashed into a lake as the water rushed in to encase his body, so too would the earth. Or at least, try to.

Having remained alert, Otoko had been able to react to the marines attempted encasing of him, But just narrowly. And as he was almost encased, He just found the bottom half of his feet had been replaced with fire. Flying high into the air, His lower half morphing to fire once more, Otoko flew through the air at high speeds, Before landing away from his opponent. It was at this moment that he began concentrating, Allowing a large amount of flames to expand from the ground around him. Otoko made sure to remain fully alter at the bright orange flames found themselves expanded about 15 meters from where he stood. Raising his hands and quickly pushing them forward with his hand open, The flames began rushing towards the female marine at a high speed. And just as they would have crashed into her, Otoko could be heard calling out softly as the large bunch of flames split up into three segments. The first of which had stopped right in front of her, Forming a large thick wall of flames directly in front of the marine, The scorching heat from the flames able to be felt by the marine due to the close proximity.

"Mirror Fire Flame."

The two other segments of fire had split up from each other and went around the marine, Before coming back in her direction from both sides, Attempting to simultaneously burn her. At the same time, Otoko had caused his lower body to turn to flame once more, Launching himself towards the marines location as he threw a flurry of fast fire fists, The columns of fire he'd been producing due to the attacks all hit near the marine in an attempt at further confusing her. Otoko wished to surprise her, And as such flew towards where she could be seen. Flying fast enough to reach her in a relatively short time, But slow enough to where he could remain hidden up until the last second.

Squinting her eyes as he became to use, surprise surprise, more flames. She’d grit her teeth in frustration. Won’t he ever face her in honourable combat?
“Perhaps he has a God helping him.” She muttered as she held her hammer at the ready to deal with his next attack.
There can only be one.
“Are you helping him?”
..No.
“Then how can he do it?” The voice didn’t respond, she turned back to the opponent. Bracing herself for the nnext bout of flames, she saw them split up into three, stopping in front of her as the others came around toward her. Sweat dripped off her forehead as it began to encircle. She shook her head. Did he think she’d just stand there and stay in it?
 
“Stay of Execution!” She bellowed, the ground hollowing out below her before opening up for her to crash into the ground, before closing the ground above her. Having escaped the attack, she didn’t bother to see what he had next, probably to crush her against the flames. Instead, she hollowed out more of the earth while in her tunnel, aiming to sent boulders and rocks crashing above the surface while she continued to increase the size of her cavern.

Quickly rerouting and redirecting himself to fly upward, Otoko attempted to flee the boulders and rocks being sent towards him from the cavern, Stopping high up and turning directly towards the oncoming objects. Bringing his fists to his sides, He decided to get more serious, And as such he threw a flurry of very fast punches after allowing his arms to morph into flames, Sending several large and fast moving columns of fire towards the oncoming objects and at the actual cavern as well in an attempt at burning the woman.

"Multiple fire fist barrage."

After stopping his combo and flying a bit to the side until he was positioned directly above the woman, Otoko crossed his arms in an X shape as they remained as flames, Before swinging his arms forward several times and firing a plethora of razor sharp and searing hot like structures that now were travelling directly towards the woman in the ground beneath him. Attempting with everything he had to at least distract the marine if not hurt her slightly.

She looked up as the earth forgot it was supposed to close up behind her. Watching the fire come her way, the ground slowly closed up until only a bit of the fire poofed in, dying out quickly. However, she found the fire man inside the now-blocked-off-cave with her. She grinned at the implications. Otoko and his attacks were the only things giving light to the place, so it was fairly easy to see them coming. Lowering the ground of the attacks, she redirected them to the side.
Aaaah.
 
Taking a deep breath, Mandoralla stepped forward. “Is that the extent of your might? Come! Illuminate the very ground with your power!” She challenged. "We are trapped within here, and so long as I live, you will never leave!" She called forth into the darkness.

Deciding to stop joking around and obey the marine by her request, Otoko allowed himself to lightly and silently float towards the ground in the darkness. Upon the very moment me made contact, He rushed forward towards the marine woman at full speed and threw a powerful kick aimed for her head. As he'd rushed towards her he allowed a portion of his body including his arms to turn to flame, And after backing away from the kick he threw he'd quickly throw another full power attack at her.

"Fire fist!" The teenager would call out as a column of fire with flames hot enough to melt lead erupted from his fist, The massive sized column heading directly towards the marine at Otoko began to shape and throw a large amount of flame shuriken in the marines direction as she was bombarded with several things at once. Hopefully one of his attacks would hit, And if not he'd been prepared to take evasive action. Remaining vigilant, Otoko watched closely to see what had affected the marine.

Now that she’d baited him into using his strongest attacks, she just had to survive them, then she’d emerge victorious.  However, it seemed he’d stopped turning himself into flame, and only heard a slight woosh before getting kicked in the head, grunting as she flew to the side, rolling and punching the gorund to stop herself. “Urgh..” She frowned, before standing up with a very sore cheek, spitting blood onto the floor. It seemed he finally started to use his flames. Taking a deep, deep breath, she knelt, rising the earth in front of her as he sent his strongest attacks.
 
She grinned, before using the cover she’d made to hide her escape as she lowered the ground into a tunnel, using the extra ground to thicken the walls and ceiling, feeling the top of her head burn as flames from the side signed it. She bit back a growl of pain, patting her head as she walked into the tunnel, before watching as the fire slowly evaporated.
Flame requires fuel.” It spoke.
“And he’s about used it up.” She grinned as oxygen left the cavern, closing the tunnel behind her before walking along it, moving the dirt in front of her to behind her as she moved to return to the surface.
 
No oxygen, no flames. He should be powerless and alone beneath the ground. He should be happy, not many people could get such a large grave.

Quickly using the last of the oxygen within his body that he'd been able to breathe in, Otoko touched down with and crouched down towards the ground. Ready to jump directly at the side of the enclosure the woman had made,
He clenched his muscles. As he suddenly leaped towards the wall, spinning and transferring all of his momentum into an attack that allowed him to break through to the outside albeit with much effort. 

As he came careening out of the structure the woman had built around him, He changed trajectory and flew directly towards mandoralla, Yelling loudly and morphing his bottom half Into fire. Soon his torso would morph into a brilliantly orange glowing bundle of flames as well as he twirled in the same screwdriver like motion, Directly towards mandoralla at blinding speeds.

Walking up the tunnel, she eventually felt the sun upon her face as she walked out of it, letting go of her breath and taking in another one. She turned to find the boy had broken out of the cavern despite her reinforcing it. She wrinkled her nose in dissatisfaction. Perhaps she should have striken him down while she had the chance in the cave, but then she would’ve risked burning herself as well. Then she blinked, and grinned.
 
As he began to swirl around, scream and charge toward her at somewhat impressive speed, but without her armour she guessed she had the same speed as him. She’d waited until –just- a second before impact, before speeding to the side, grabbing her water flask and attempting to pour water upon him like a chef pouring sauce upon a meal. His momentum should stop any kind of manoeuvring on his part.

As he'd superheated his flames before hand, And had managed to stop his momentum by slamming into the ground and steadying himself. Otoko allowed the flames which had reached temperatures nearing 700 Degrees Fahrenheit to cause the water to almost instantly turn to Steam. This left Otoko with a chance to attack, which he took.

Rushing forward, his arm made from fire,
He threw a powerful punch towards the woman at a close range that grew to be very large and moving fast towards her as Otoko called out the name of his signature attack. 

"Fire fist!"

Watching as the water steamed and the heat that washed over her face, she growled in frustration. How the hell was she meant to fight someone who couldn’t be hit by physical attacks? As he heated up the very air she stood on, she clenched her fist, attempting to bring the ground around him up to swallow and smother the flames, ducking back as he unleashed his flame attack once more. Creating a small hillock in front of her, she knelt beside it to block the blast.
 
She doubted the ground attack would defeat him, it didn’t work last time. So she looked around, before running off toward the edge of the arena. If they thought she was going to continue in their little charade that’d most likely end up in her death, they were very, very sorely mistaken.

Managing to barely evade the bit of ground attempting to swallow him whole, Otoko leapt high into the air and jumped over the hillock, twisting his body completely and attempting to bring the heel of his flame morphed foot into the marines head, His kicking movement occuring swiftly and heading for mandoralla's head.
