Onward, Into the sea of legends!

Mishi walked off toward their small "boat", before Takao stopped them, she followed his gaze toward the marine ship and her stomach froze a little. He then talked about thinking what he was thinking. "Takao, are you mad? We've got bounties!" she said, in a raised whisper.

Why would he get the idea that they could get onto a marine ship, what was he thinking? She quickly retrieved some supplies and the rest of her stash of beli and came back to them, expecting a very good answer.

"Yes, I a- Wait no, I'm not. But c'mooon, how long do you think this thing will last before it breaks apart. Plus, I bet the marines have comfortable beds."

Meanwhile, Billy was recovering a little and was going through a not so good hangover. Billy was too busy vomiting into the sea so he couldn't really contribute to the conversation, unless the conversation was to do with vomit.

Outside the ship, three marines were conversing with each other. 

"Hm.. Three marines.. Three of us. This is perfect."

“So.. You’re saying we knock out three marines, and take their places? What if someone recognises us?” Mishi complained, she wasn’t really all for that idea, though in actual fact it did sound tempting about the comfortable beds. Also her legs tended to ache after wrapping around the mast for too long. In fact, it wasn’t such a bad idea after all-what was she thinking? It was a TERRIBLE idea! Mishi sighed and paced, they had a perfectly good boat that she could go and do business with, she could go and buy on the next island, then go back to the other and sell it. They were doing good, why stop now?

"Well.. I wasn't saying that buuut that idea's better than mine..." Takao said, feeling a little embarrassed about his original idea of asking the three marines kindly to let them it.

"Bah, you're thinking too much. No one's gonna recognize us. I suppose you enjoy your time on the mast too much that you've forgotten how a comfortable bed feels like."

Takao was really pumped up about the idea of sneaking in with disguises like some sort of spies. And the idea of a comfortable bed made him even more excited since laying on the ship's cold dry wood did hurt his head a bit.

"Pleeeeaaaase" Takao begged.

It looked like Mishi seriously overestimated Takao’s ideas, apparently her observation was better than his ‘actual’ idea. She was so numbed by the idea that Takao could have worse idea that she just… Gave up trying to argue with him about it, he looked really set to do it. “Ugh, fine. Just fine. But you two are getting the uniforms, if all three of us are caught by your idiocy then no one would be able to help us.” she said, she went over to one of the houses, watching Takao and Billy do their work.

"Ohmigod, Thank you Mishi!"

Takao was overjoyed, the idea of being a spy made his eyes light up with happiness. Billy was just about done with his puking and joined the rest of the group.

"So, what's the pla-"
"We get those three men and steal their clothes."

Once Takao had said that, he rushed off towards the marines. However he was in such a rush, he slipped over a piece of paper and landed face first on the floor in front of the three men. The marine began to chuckle and helped Takao up. Meanwhile, Billy was laughing his head off.

Takao was annoyed at his mistake however a small grin crept onto his face. He looked at Billy.

"That man's a rapist, he raped my mum and now he wants me!" Takao yelled as he pointed at Billy.

Billy was no longer laughing. The marines already had their weapons out.

"Oh and his bounty is roughly 1,000,000 beli. Have fun."

Mishi had brought a milkshake as she went out to watch their progress. Takao had tripped and that caused a little laughter from her.
 
He didn’t look very happy about it, but what were they doing making a scene IN FRONT OF THE MARINE SHIP? Takao was helped out and then said something she wasn’t quite sure she was expecting. He accused Billy of being a bisexual rapist, which caused Mishi to be so surprised that milkshake spilled out of her nose.
 
She watched Billy leg it away from the Marines, wondering what possessed Takao to say that sort of accusation. “They’re both idiots.” she lamented to herself, taking a sip of her milkshake as she continued to watch the circus the two were putting on.

"O-Oi, He's a liar! Oh yeah, I-I just remembered. He's a criminal with a 2,000,000 beli bounty!" Billy yelled as the marines chased him with their cutlasses out and ready.

They stopped and turned to Takao who was busy laughing his head off. He stopped laughing. The marine made their way back towards Takao with angry faces.

"H-hey, that man's not only a rapist but he's a... a theif! He stole my cat and raped it in front of my eyes! His bounty is over 3,000,000!"

The marines turned back to Billy. And so it went back and forth, back and forth until finally the marines spotted that these two were both liars! They felt stupid that they actually believed their tales. Two went after Takao and one after Billy.

Takao got ready to rumble, it was go time.

Mishi watched the marines running after one of them, only to switch toward the other and then vice versa with dismay. “They’re all idiots.” she came to the conclusion once again. Why was she with those two again? She’d nearly finished her milkshake before the marines were able to figure out what was going on. With a sigh she put down her drink since she’d already paid for it and walked off toward the three. Hopefully they’d be done by the time she got there, if not she’d just have to punch one in the back of the head, simples.

The first marine aimed to cut Takao's head off with his cutlass, Takao ducked and sprung back up quickly, uppercutting the marine with a hard, firm punch to the chin. The marine's head swung skyward, knocking off his hat and knocking him out cold. The second marine aimed to stab Takao's stomach, Takao side stepped to dodge and sent a punch which slammed into the man's face. The marine joined his partner on the floor.

Takao dusted himself off and smirked. Billy was done too, he walked over to Takao with the marine slung over his shoulder.

"Idiot. You had to waste our time."
"Shut up."

Takao lifted both men over his shoulders, they were quite heavy. The two turned to face Mishi.

"So, where do we change?"

Mishi was surprised, they actually managed to take them out. She let out a long, drawn sigh and pointed backwards. “There’s a screen over there.” she said with a note of resignation. Obviously they were going to have to brave the marine ship for now, all she had was a flintlock pistol and that isn’t really part of the marine uniform. They walked over behind the place where she got the milkshake and looked around. “Here, I guess.” she said, she didn’t want to go too far in case someone saw them, but there wasn’t as much room for privacy. “Peek and you die.” she’d say as she takes her unconscious marine and strips him of his shirt and trousers, as well as his boots and cap. She would put on one piece at a time, replacing her own clothing.

"Yes ma'am!" Takao said as he saluted Mishi.

Takao and Billy waited for Mishi to finish changing her clohtes in front of the place where Mishi purchased her milkshake. They got one for themselves. For payment, they simply said that Mishi would cover it for them. Once Mishi was done, Takao would take her place behind the store and then he would change into the marine uniform followed by Billy who would be the last to change.

The shop keeper awaited Mishi to pay him with crossed arms.

Mishi finally got dressed, she stashed her money all over her body and went around to where Takao and Billy were, nodding she went to sit down while they changed. She blinked at the shopkeeper before sighing, looking at the two glasses on the table she guessed they both had milkshakes, she counted out some beli from her pocket and dumped it into the shopkeepers hands.
 
Once they got back, she said “You two should really pay for yourselves.” before getting up and walking toward the marine ship with apprehensiveness in her step, this was really a bad idea.

Once the trio were fully dressed and in front of the marine ship, the ship began to sound it's horns. Then a message can be heard from the ship's speakers:

"The ship is now heading out, repeat, the ship is now heading out. All marine on duty make your way inside, repeat, all marine on duty make your way inside."

"Sounds like we have to go in guys." Takao said whilst making the world's most awkwardest wink ever.

It looked like Takao was having too much fun. Takao made his way towards the ship's entrance and hopped aboard, one of the marine looked at him with a puzzled expression.

"Hey.. I've never seen you round here. Who're you?"
"Yo, I'm Takao So-"
"He's Vince and I'm Yandy. The woman at the back is Kairi, we're new here."
"Ah, yes. I've heard about some newcomers. Welcome aboard!"

Billy looked over at Takao, a little annoyed that he was about to slip up this early.

Mishi heard the announcement, she sighed. She was afraid that they’d be noticed, but she had to go anyway, as much as she hated to admit it, that little boat raft thing wasn’t very good for travelling, it was slow and indefensible.
 
She stepped onto the boat, sighing. They got to one of the marines and he asked who they were. She nearly died of fright as Takao was about to blow their cover almost immediately, while Billy covered for them both. “Ahaha.. Yes.” she said at the name she had to live under while on the ship. Kairi, she’ll have to remember it. She would attempt to kick Takao in the left ankle for his efforts.
 
“Thank you, sir. Where are our quarters?” she’d ask.

"Ah, right this way." the marine said as he began to walk towards some stairs which lead downwards.

Takao and the rest trailed him, Takao looked over at Mishi who had just kicked his left ankle. Okay, maybe he did need to apologize to them after all. He nearly just blew their cover. The marine walked down a corridor, to his left and right were a bunch of doors with all sorts of numbers on them.

"Ah, we're here." he said as he stopped and pointed at the door.

The door number was "01070". The marine gave Takao the key card and saluted them before walking off to escort the next bunch of marines.

Takao looked at the card with a blank expression.

"U-uh.. open sesame?" he muttered.

Billy snatched the card from his hand and swiped it on the card reader before pushing open the door.

"Maaagic~" he said sarcastically

Takao looked inside the room, it had a wooden floor with a red wallpaper. A small chandelier hung from the roof and there were two separate beds with a sleeping bag in the middle of the two beds. Next to the bed to the very left was a door which led to the bathroom and beside that door were the windows.

"Awesome!"

They walked through the underside of the ship, Mishi looked around. It was a pretty big ship, larger than anything she’d seen outside of marine influence. They reached a door, and as they went in it was more like a hotel than a ship, she thought they were supposed to sleep in hammocks, or something? “Wow.” she said, suitably impressed, she sat upon one of the beds.
 
“Well done, Takao, you’ve actually managed to think of something good! But you nearly broke our cover, so you sleep on the floor.” she said, pointing at the sleeping back with a straight face. She looked around, there was also a bathroom, which was in a separate room which was good.
 
“So uh.. What next?” she asked, they weren’t sure of where they were headed, or even what marines did other than capture pirates. She needed a manual or something.

Billy took his place on the other bed and chuckled as Takao sat on the floor between them. Takao removed his guitar and placed it next to him. He heard Mishi's question and was just about to reply when suddenly, the spakers began talking again.

"All marines are now aboard the ship. Repeat. All marines are now aboard the ship. Our destination is the Grand Line. Repeat. Our destination is the Grand Line. In 5 minutes, lunch will be served to all the rooms."

Takao licked his lips and rubbed his hands.

"Oh boy, lunch!"

Mishi was a little afraid that Takao would start playing music, but apparently not, which was good. She relaxed a little on the bed, wishing she’d brought a book or something. She heard the announcement and sighed. “Well, at least it’s free.” she said, but then stopped. She blinked once, blinked twice. “Did he just say the grand line?” she asked, a creeping cold in the pit of her stomach growing.

"Yeah, he did. I've heard stories bout that place, apparently there are all kinds of species and islands over there. Sounds like some sort of place out of a fairy tale." Takao replied to Mishi's question.

Once he had answered Mishi's question, Takao picked up his guitar and tuned the strings before giving it a good wipe. He cleared his throat, as soon as Takao had done that, Billy covered his ears with his pillow.

"Bombs away..." he muttered to himself.

"Alright, since we have to wait for food. How bouts a so-"
"Nooooo~"
"Oook!"

Takao ran his fingers along the strings of the guitar and began to play. The song started off slow but gradually began to pick up pace, it had a face tempo to it.

"Ooo~ We're waiting for food oh yes we're waiting for food, we're waiting, waiting, waiting for foooo-"

Takao was interrupted by a pillow slamming into his face, he immediately knew who it was. Billy. He looked over at him, the same annoyed expression on his face he makes most of the time when he looks at Billy. Billy done the same.

"Put a sock in it."
"Hah. You put two socks in it."
"You put three!"

Oh boy, here we go again.

“B-but.. We can’t just.. Grand line?!” Mishi heard all sorts of bad things about that place, ships went there and never returned, giant fish, upside down islands, why would they even want to go there, why aren’t they jumping off the ship right now? Then Mishi remembered her fear of the sea and shuddered. She also joined Billy in denying Takao’s suggestion of a song.
 
“Ugh..” she murmured as Takao started to sing again, she wandered toward the bathroom and did the sort of things you’d go to a bathroom/toilet facility to do. She returned to hear Takao and Billy get off to a fight. “Can’t you two just.. Muh.” she flopped onto her bed. “What are we going to do.. AFTER we reach the grand line? Billy, can’t you see how stupid this is?” she reached desperately to him.

"Well, it's too late to go back now unless we jump out and swim it back to shore. I think we should just be grateful that we're not sleeping on some crap raft."

Once Billy was done talking, he lied down on his bed. There was a knock on the door, Takao got up to go see who it was. He opened the door only to be greeted with a familiar face. Wasn't it that marine guy who was with Patrick? What was he doing out here?

[Kojo]

"You food's here..." he muttered as he pushed the tray full of dishes and drinks into the room.

He sighed, he had been demoted. The higher up were sure harsh on him.. just because he messed up one mission he was put back so many ranks. He looked over at Takao, a little surprised.

"Do I know you from somewhere..?" he questioned as he rubbed his chin.
"Um... No?"

Kojo pulled out a bounty poster of Takao and stared at it. He compared the two. There were indeed some similarities...AH! It was Takao Song! Finally, maybe now he could get his rank ba- Billy knocked Kojo out and dragged him into the closet. He picked up the poster and ripped it up.

"Why is your ugly face so popular?" Billy asked Takao who was bust stuffing his face with chicken.

Some things never changed.

Mishi groaned with despair, placing her head into the pillow. “Takao you idiot..” she mumbled. Now they were going to get eaten or something, she heard terrible stories about the grand line. She was sweating, she wiped it off a little and blinked. Black sweat again? She really had to get that looked at.
 
Soon the food guy came along, she almost had a heart attack as it turned out she recognised him; and he recognised Takao. Luckily Billy knocked him out and placed him into the closest, she placed a hand on her chest and sighed, walking over to the door to see if anyone could’ve heard it in the doorway. She really wanted a piece of chocolate right now, she hadn’t had one since that chocolate milkshake she had before they left.
 
“Billy answers the door now.” she’d say, he was the only one without a bounty, so it made sense.

[2 Hour Timeskip]


The trio, once having dinner were fast asleep, it was dark so it was only natural that they were in bed and.. sleeping bag. It had been half an hour since they turned the lights off, locked the cupboard tight and tucked in to bed. Takao thought he could finally get some well deserved sleep, however he was wrong.

BOOM


The ship rocked violently from side to side, this is sent Billy flying from his bed and onto Takao. Poor Takao. The weight of Billy had woken him up and he immediately turned to see what had landed on him.

"Billy you fu-"

"Attention all marines, attention all marines. The ship is being attacked by what seems to be two sea kings. All marines head to the main deck to assist in the protection of the ship!"


"Sea King!? I've read about them somewhere! Aren't they these huge sea monsters!? Oh my god, let's go see thins things right now!" Takao was so excited that he had forgotten the fact that Billy had just landed right onto him disturbing his sleep.


He grabbed his guitar and immediately pushed open the door to exit the room and make his way towards the main deck. Maybe this dangerous encounter could help inspire a new song?

Meanwhile Billy sighed.

"We're being attacked by sea creatures and he still doesn't have a single care in the world.."
