The sun shined on the luxuriousness that was Koptail Island. Kopitail Island, an island that most weren't even aware was on the map. A small place surrounded by ocean far from any sort of human settlement. On this Island was an even smaller town named Koptail town. This town was ruled by the pirate known as Captain Egbert Stern. This island had been taken over by the captain years ago after his return from the Grandline. Though there were marine based on the town, the town was for the most part a first stop shop for pirates to prepare for their journey.

Kopitail Island --
800 hours
The Harbor

The town from the outside seemed like it was peaceful and quiet place with absolutely no crime. Though once one entered the harbor it became apparent that its outside appearance was merely a misconception. The clear ocean water rippled as a large ship made its way through the water. The ship quietly docked itself onto the shore of the island. Off the ship came a silver haired man, his clear eyes surveyed the area around. The salty smell of the ocean made it's way through his nostrils. The man himself was familiar with the island. The captain of the ship that the man had rode approached him and asked for the fare. The man paid the captain and before he could say anything he heard a loud commotion coming from the opposite edge of the dock.

"HEY YOU BRAT GIVE ME BACK WHAT YOU STOLE."

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING!"

Kurome like many others made his way toward the commotion to see what was going on. It seemed to be a child arguing with a pirate.

"QUIT YUR LYING! DON'T YOU KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES OF STEALING FROM CAPTAIN STERN!"

At the mention of the ruler of the island the crowd's number quickly doubled. Not many people were brave enough to oppose Captain Stern, at least not openly. Kurome raised an eyebrow. He was curious. Why would Stern's crew be after a young boy like that? What did he steal? Kurome wondered.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Post by HareDonut Sun Dec 21, 2014 11:24 am

The blue sky opened up as the island came into view. Coniko being the captain or leader of this job pointed at different directions for the crewmates. Its a job that pays a lot of money. And he needed that money. The job said was simple. Free the island from the reign of the captain ruling there. The higher ups were tired of having to marines take actions to get the island back. Other marines were busy with other things or either didn't have the power to do so. So there was only one man left for the job. The only man you can say willing to take the job. Coniko. Coniko's scarf waved in the wind and a breeze swept the decks of the ship. Picking up dust and scattering it into the sea never to be seen again. The clashing of blades ringed in Coniko's ears as he heard the regular morning training for the crewmates. Wanting to sharpen their skills as a Marine. Coniko walked towards to the deck into plain sight were his subordinates can see him.

Coniko Sir! The island is in view. We are also ready to dock sir. Shall we?

Coniko nodded his head in agreement and let the mates to their job. The island slowly creeping closer and closer into the sounds of dirty pirates could be heard. It was painful seeing this filth not being dealt with. He walked off the ship with the other Marines running out to deal with the pirates. The fearless roars made Coniko smirk under his scarf. A pirate grew pale when they say the figure that was now on the island. Captain Coniko or Black Hair. Some of them ran and some of them say that they could get famous for taking him out. It was indeed a problem. Being known has it benefits and its drawbacks.

They group ran at Coniko only to be stopped by his crewmates. Coniko's eyes darken and he now had a serious look on his face. He sighed an said a command.

Open the way for your captain......

The mates heard him clearly seeing how he doesn't like to speak. There are about 24 pirates on this road. We have about 50 Marines and about 100 on the ship waiting for orders to bring back up. The marines used all their might and opened the path so Coniko would walk through. If a pirate tried to attack him he would be cut down. Well they were being cut down anyway. Coniko took out a box of juice and started drinking it as he walked passed. Pirates having surprised faces on. Froze and got cut down. One of the Marine got cut and called out to Coniko. He turned his head and leaned it to the right.

If you were cut down you weren't strong enough to fight for me.

The various words like bastard was heard but didn't anger Coniko at all. He kept his head leveled until. They crossed the line.

I bet his mother is a whore. AHAHAHAHHA!

Coniko's eyes turned dark and he turned his head without looking and pointed his finger at the scum.

Run.....

He told his comrades as they said the seriousness of his tone some of the pirates knew they were screwed. His had illuminated with a circle around it.

Raito pointo!

the beam hit one of the pirates as they turned very pale. A small explosion occurred causes a bit of noise. The crewmates gather the remaining scared out of their minds. Bringing them to the ship leaving a bit of them to follow in the now smiling Captain.

An explosion could be heard from a part of the crowd. Kurome looked over to see that it was a marine. Kurome wondered what the man could have fired in order to cause the disarray that was currently happening. Either way it didn't matter in fact it made it easier for Kurome to proceed with his original goal. If he were smart he would have turned around and followed some of the pirates away from the marine whom had caused a larger riot than the two arguing.

Instead Kurome moved toward the young boy who stood in confusion. Pulling him with him, Kurome made his way off of the docks. What the pirate had been screaming about interested Kurome. It seemed that the boy had something that belonged to Captain Stern. Kurome was interested. Grabbing the boy's arm Kurome said something like "Come with me if you want to come out of here in one piece."

Thanks to that marine idiot causing a scene... its going to be easy to take what I need from this boy. Kurome thought as he left the docks with the boys arm in hand.

---------------------------------

The loud crashing sound of an explosion filled the air. Smoke was whipped up over the pirate as the onlookers scattered away from him. When the smoke cleared, the one had become two. The pirate that had originally been fired at was sitting on the ground. His face showed a mixture of fear and shock. Not only that a liquid substance seemed to be leaking from his pants.

The man standing infront of the scared shitless pirate was calm. His wrinkled mouth wrapped around a smoking cigar was in the form of a frown. His white hair glistened and he gave the captain a glare. Unfortunately he seemed to have been ignored by the captain. Instead he turned his attention to the marines that had been gathering the falling pirates and with one word he garnered their attention.

"Stop."

Marines froze as they looked up at the man. Most people knew who he was, it was Dock Master Kazan. Kazan was a former marine who was in charge of maintaining peace along the dock. Suffice to say he wasn't exactly happy when the marine captain decided to attack someone out of nowhere. Looking at the man who had been attacked, he could see that the man was obviously a newbie pirate that hadn't even gotten a bounty yet. Kazan sighed, sad to say the man's sea traveling dreams were probably over due to the shock the boy gave him.

Returning his attention to the marines he asked,

"WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON? ON MY DOCK?!?"

Coniko's scarf waved until a sudden presence silenced the air. Coniko was not supposed to do in anyone if they did nothing. But that pirate tarnished the name of his mother. That couldn't go unpunished. Those that knows nothing of his mother has no right to speak of her. Much less call her a filthy name. That old man has no idea what he is talking about. Speaking like this to a Marine Captain. What a fearless fool he is. But he didn't break any laws so he was safe from harm.

Continue on with your work.....

Coniko said was he now had his hands in his pockets. Walking forward he was not really up for a useless bout. Or a one sided massacre. He let the marines continue to pick up the trash aka pirates and do their job. Coniko had a small green Den Den mushi on his wrist. He held it up and his comrades knew what he was doing.

Alright sir! We will call if anything bad happens.

Coniko nodded his head and continued walking. His crewmates followed behind him with rifles in hand. Some with swords. Coniko saw there was a need for cleaning in this town. Cleaning these scum. And there was only one way to do this. Kill their leader. Coniko now had a childish smile on his face. He was excited to see what this man will bring to the table. BRING IT ON!!! he thought in his head

Walking passed buildings Coniko wanting to get a taste of the boss. the head honcho around here. It would be nothing but perfect for him to meet his end by Coniko. And he would get a commendation from it. But his name with be known more which could bring problems in the future.

O what the heck he thought

its about time someone cleared this out!!! he thought

Kazan watched as the marines continued their work picking up the scattered pirates. Kazan eyes narrowed and rage began to build up within his body. If there was one thing he hated it was being ignored. One of the marines who saw Kazan's rage building ran up to him and began consoling him. The marine explained to Kazan that they were after Captain Stern.

Kazan's rage dissipated and was replace with his usual gruff self. Knocking off some of the ash off of his cigar he said,

"Good luck finding him, he left the island before you lot even got the breeze to bring you in this direction."

Kazan would have said more but he began to walk towards the lighthouse. He had no need to waste his time with such children. Kazan guessed that some upstart was leading the charge on the island. Children like that tend to get spanked long before they get anywhere near their objective.

-----------------------------------------

Koptail Town had many alley's and crevices that many where aware of, some were dark and shady, others not so much. Kurome found himself in the dark and shady parts of the town. Sitting down on a discarded crate that had been left by some sap who didn't need on a empty crate he looked at the boy he brought with him.

The boy looked ok, he didn't seem hurt but he did seem rattled. Kurome guessed the random explosion seemed to have shocked the kid. Once Kurome had let go of the boy's hand he immediately curled up into a ball and glared at Kurome. The boy was dressed in tattered clothing and looked like he hadn't eaten in a few days. Kurome guessed the boy was an urchin. Either way, Kurome was curious why was Stern's crew after this boy.

"So kid, why were those guys after you anyway?"

"Why should I tell you?"

"You know, when someone who saved your ass asks you a question it's best to answer it and not be a pain in the ass."

"Well you were in the crowd weren't you? Apparently I stole something from Captain Stern."

"So what did you steal?"

"I didn't steal an-"

"Cut the crap!"

"...."

The boy remained silent. Kurome wanted to know what the boy stole. Picking up a cigarette from his pocket Kurome lit it and brought it to his lips. Taking in a deep breathe and exhaled the smoke. He thought for a moment and then said something that made the boy look up at Kurome in shock.

"Maybe I should just take you back to Stern's crew for some money"

"NO! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!"

"Oh? why is that."

"I worked to hard to get this treasure map from him to go back to his ship."

As the boy said that he got up and began to run. Unfortunately the moment he said treasure, Kurome was already on top of him. Kurome held the boy to the wall and said.

"Treasure you say? Now why don't you tell me everything you know about it...Then maybe we can fix your problem with Stern."

The Den Den mushi on Coniko's wrist rang signaling the call of one of his subordinates.

Sir we have finished capturing the pirates what are your orders?

Coniko pulling his scarf from over his mouth and said

Follow me...... Something ain't right here. We are going to spread out and find clues where this boss is at. Its weird that I don't seem to find any signs of this guys crewmates much less his flags are no where around here.

His crewmates were surprised that he spoke so much. But they knew if he spoke this much it must be serious. Coniko's Marine coat waved along with his scarf. He felt the somewhat chilly air graze his face. He then was met with a dead end where behind him wa an annoyance.

ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! Looky what we have here. A gang of Marines! Kill them all. We might get famous for it. And you know what that means. RESPECT!!!!

The Marines went into formation firing off rounds after rounds weakening the pirate group. They whittled them smaller and smaller until there was only one. Coniko was some what proud of his mates seeing how they didn't need his help. Coniko smirked was walking up to the man. He picked him up by the shirt and pointed his finger at him. a light circle appeared and the pirate began screaming and trying to get away from Coniko's grasp. He moved his finger just at the last second making the beam graze him. There was a wall meters away. It go hit by the beam and exploded. Causing another loud sound. He looked at his comrades and signaled them to continue on. They turned around walked out and followed a path with Coniko leading them.

It is getting annoying finding so much trash on the streets but no trash collector. But first things first Coniko must find a Marine fort and see if there are any survivors there. He would have to get info from them and find out about this boss that was supposed to be on this island.

The street they followed seemed to get wider and wider until they reached a place with a broken fountain in the middle. There were many filthy words on the fountain. It left a bad taste in Coniko mouth. It was indeed time for a break so they stopped and started setting up a cooking station. They talk between the comrades grew as laughter could be heard.

Coniko jumped onto a roof to watch over the area to see if anything fishy was going on.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Post by Docile Mon Dec 22, 2014 1:34 pm

Waking up for the fifth time in his own puke the master of fuckery and risk taker extraordinaire as he liked to call himself Calico Hail could feel the stickiness of his own vomit smeared over his face and the stomach lining sliding down his cheek as he picked himself up.

Looking around Calico could see that he was no longer aboard The Twelve Dragons. It had been a hell of a ship with an incredible crew. A cook who was so beautiful you couldn't stop staring, a captain so fearless you'd follow him to hell & back and not even know you'd been, with a sharpshooter who could probably string a needle with another needle from 40 meters away. The swordsman was just as miraculous too. Able to slice the very air itself.

They were a crew he'd always wanted to be a part of, but thinking about them now Calico started to realize that having thrown him over board was their loss. They were the ones with the problem. Not him. He hadn't done anything wrong. Not that he could think of anyway.

So what the only female aboard had puke stained pants and the swordsman had to buy his own swords back after Calico gambled them away. That was just typical room mate type stuff. If they couldn't handle it, then maybe they shouldn't be pirates or mercenaries or whatever they were.

Grabbing his hood and wiping the puke from his face, Calico headed towards the town. He wasn't going to spend all of his time lying on the floor wondering what the hell happened to his life. There was treasure to seek, people to see & drinks to drink. Removing the list from his pocket Calico read over it and could see he still had a good way to go.

Smiling to himself he pocketed the list and made his way into the town whilst the anchor slapped against the back of his pants with each step. His head still spinning a little Calico could feel the hangover had hold of him and wasn't about to let go, but neither was he about to let go of his hold on reality, even if it was trying to give up on him.

Stumbling into the town leaning to one side he could feel himself being cast off balance, but wasn't letting gravity be his master. Twisting the anchor the other way he was tugged straight towards the ground the opposite direction to which he was leaning. Slamming into the ground he lay there a little pained and incredibly hungover. His head spinning and mouth tasting like rotten ale he spat the vulgar taste from his lips only to feel it slipping from his lips on to the dusty floor.

Calico once again picked himself up this time with more of a struggle and wandered into an alleyway where he slumped against a wall and hiccuped a few times before sliding down it to find his arse and sit down comfortably leaning against the wall. Still feeling dizzy and not very well he knew that there was no puke to come at very least.

Reaching into his pocket he discovered just what he'd dreaded.

No money. Not a single beli.

"Balls!" he blurted out as he rested his head in his hands trying to figure out just what he would do to solve this problem.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Post by Kumagawa Tue Dec 23, 2014 4:45 am

Though the assault on the pirate town had begun it was long from over. The rumor spread quickly that the marines were invading the island attacking everyone indiscriminately. These words came to the last marine Captain left on the island, Captain Carl Shipmen. The report from his subordinates through a den-den mushi on his desk.

"Captain... bzzt... It seems the marines have begun attempting to take back the island."

"Good... Good... It won't be long now then... quickly marine who is leading the charge."

"bzzt.... bzzt.. Captain Coniko... sir!"

Coniko? Well that wasn't a name Shipmen had heard recently, or at all in fact. Though it seemed appropriate considering he was trapped on the island with absolutely no way to contact the marines at Marine Ford. Sitting at his desk within his run down office pressed the talk button on the den den mushi once again.

"You say Captain Coniko.. correct?"

"bzzt... bzzzt.. Yes sir! bzzt."

"Bring him here. I would like to disscuss with Captain Coniko on what his plans are with this assault."

"bzzt... Aye Aye."

Placing the den-den mushi on the table a small grin appeared on the face of the marine Captain. His fingers rustled through his beard as he sat back in his tattered recliner. He swerved his chair around towards the big hole in his office that overlooked the entire town.

"Soon.... Soon.. We will take back the town and restore the peace within what once was a fine city." he said gleefully.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Kurome held the boy down to the wall. The boy wasted no time in telling what he knew about the treasure map.

"I was told this map would lead to something more valuable then the island... SO I took it."

"What would it lead to exactly?"

The boy squirmed attempting to get away but Kurome's grip was strong. Sighing the boy answered.

"I don't know. I was going to go after it with a friend of mine until you caught me."

"Is that so-"

Kurome started than he heard a man yell out the words 'BALLS.' Turning his head towards the man Kurome shot the man a look then dismissed him as some drunk whom happened to wander into the alley. Turning his head back to the boy he asked,

"Who exactly i this friend of yours?"

Coniko watched as the town as quiet. Too quiet he felt something was wrong until his thoughts were interupted by one of his subordiantes telling him that another Marine Captain was also on the island was was calling for him. He was delighted to visit this man. Jumping down he signaled his subodinates to keep on the way they were and to call him if anything happened. He then followed the Marine as they walked through buildings and allys with pirates litered with them. Coniko pointed a finger at one of them and began to fire a beam until he saw a boy being held up by a man. Now being the Marine he was he couldn't let this slide. He then made his way passed the alleyway. Seeing how the boy had his clothes torn means he might of been roughed up by the individual. He wanted to get this over with so he pointed his finger at the fellow pulled down his scarf and said this.

Whats going on here I know your not hurting him. But ill ask the boy that. Also ill ask the boy why.

He narrowed his eyes on the boy.

Boy why are you being treated like this by this man?

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Post by Docile Wed Dec 24, 2014 11:00 am

Hearing the sounds of a small struggling to break free from a man's grip, Calico looked over towards the young boy held against the wall and the man holding him there. Getting to his feet and removing his anchor he held on it it tightly. As he opened his mouth about to speak and question the gentleman's actions he watched a Marine enter the alleyway and ask a few questions.

Taking a few steps back he could feel his head spinning till and stopped. Still clutching on to the anchor Calico watched the situation unfold before him. He could feel a big lack of adrenaline inside his body and had a strong desire to stir some trouble just so he could get that buzz, but he really wasn't ready for this shit so early on in his hangover stages. He'd most likely smack himself in the face with his anchor than anyone else. And that really wasn't what anyone wanted.

Moving towards the exit of the alleyway Calico swung his anchor around slightly before launching it upwards to the rooftop of the building to the right that made up the alleyway.

As the hook caught ahold he started to wind the rope up on to his arm and pull himself up quickly as the rope was tied around his arm. Rising up the wall and standing atop the building with his anchor still in hand he looked down into the alleyway now with a vantage point still listening out to the situation unfolding.

Maybe if he was lucky he could get his hands on some gold. He just hoped he hadn't been heard climbing up.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Kurome looked up to see that he was now face to face with a marine. Kurome couldn't help but suck his teeth. Figures, he thought. It was just his luck to come face to face with a marine while he was trying to get important information. While he wanted to get more information out of the child he currently held, he had no plans to directly oppose a marine. Unlike most people on the island, Kurome was happy being unnoticed.

The child seeing the marine gave Kurome a devilish grin before speaking. "Help marine, he's trying to kill me!" Kurome said nothing. It was obvious to anyone who had a brain that wasn't true, considering his only visible weapon which was his sword was in it's sheath. Yet Kurome expected the marine to believe the boy anyway. The percieved notion of a child's innocence tended to trick even the most hardened of adults. Instead as the boy said that, Kurome slowly began to relax. His grip on the boy began to lighten up as his eyes focused on the marine. Something about this marine didn't sit right with Kurome. He wasn't going to turn his back on the man and run like any common criminal. Something about this man was off, so instead of running he remained where he stood. His eyes remained trained on the marine, watching as he anticipated the marine's next move as he stood still. The boy slightly surprised at the fact that Kurome's grip was loosing looked at Kurome with a quizzical look. The boy expected for Kurome to let go but was surprised when he didn't.

Coniko gazed at the boy and then looked at the male that was eying him down. He indeed wanted to clean this torn up. So he walked forward. Until he heard the child cry for help. It was of course fake. And even if it wasn't he didn't care. He put his hand on the boys head and snatched him from the male. Of course if the male had made any movements Coniko would instantly kill him. But there must of been a reason for the male to hold a child. And it must of been good. Thats when it struck Coniko the child knew something the male wanted.

That when pointed his finger at the male and fired a light beam at the male. Eliminate the problem. Take control of the area was Coniko's only reason.

He turned around and grabbed the kid by the head and put him on his shoulders while he followed the Marine leading him to the other Captain.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

Post by Docile Sat Dec 27, 2014 9:55 am

Watching the Marine below shoot a beam of light from his finger tip towards the little boy and the man holding him Calico raised an eyebrow. This guy was a fruit user and that could be troublesome. Realizing that he was clearly over powered Calico leapt from the building he was to the one on the other side of the alleyway which wasn't a large jump thanks to the alley being quite narrow.

Landing he realized a few things straight away. His head still hurt and these bolts of light really wouldn't help anything. The Marine was currently attacking people without probable cause. He seemed trigger happy, stupid or maybe both. Either way a fool like this deserved to get fired or get strangled.

Continuing to run towards the edge of the building Calico dug the hook of his anchor into the side and started to quickly unwind down the side of the building. As he landed on his feet in a crouching position he tugged the anchor free. As it came crashing down he wrapped the rope around his arm. Tying it to his right forearm quickly he stood up feeling his head still spinning.

Anchor Assault: Hook Arm

Grinning he ran his hand through his hair as he started to think about a way to help that stranger who'd been holding the child. Turning Calico spun into a sprint before he found himself running and falling face first into a barrel full of water.

Splashing about inside he pulled himself free pulling the barrel over which only drenched him from head to toe. Sighing as he felt the cold wash over him, Calico brushed his soggy hair aside and decided it was time he helped the guy with the kid.

He thought about where the two had been headed & their backs were. Running back into the alleyway he gripped the anchor tightly in his hands and could easily see Coniko from behind smirking he stood at the end of the alleyway looking down it towards Coniko. The man who didn't even know he was behind him with some strange illuminated power beam of some sort.

Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers Empty Re: Serious: The Beginning of the Scavangers

((Due to rp laws ambiguity Kurome shall live to see tommorow, and if only Kurome carried seastone... this would end differently))

Kurome stood as he watched the marine grabbed the boy and wave his hand in front of Kurome. Using Kitai, he immediately out of the direction of the arm. He had seen how the man had attacked the pirate. In Kurome's mind, he would be safe as long as he remained out of the way of the marine's hand's direction. Surely enough, he was correct. As he moved out of the way of the mans hand a beam of light was fired out. Its light crashed into the side of one of the building blasting a hole through it. The force of the blast sent Kurome towards the opposite wall. As the light collided with the building, smoke was kicked up. Kurome was hidden deep within it.

As the smoke was kicked off, the marine whom had set it up picked up the boy and placed him on top of his head. Surely the marine thought Kurome as dead. He probably thought Kurome was crushed under the debris his blast probably created. Either way, it didn't matter. The marine took the boy and left the alley. The boy looked back at the smoke and frowned.

"He didn't deserve that. . ." he whispered as he was lead away.

Little did either or them notice, when Coniko lifted the small boy a small piece of parchment fell from the boy's pocket and was lost in the smoke. Within the smoke Kurome noticed someone run by attempting to do who know what. With the marine and the boy gone, the smoke cleared slowly. Kurome sat there, his head was bleeding and he was breathing heavily but hey, he was alive. As the smoke still lingered he slowly got to his feet he came to a decision, he needed to get off the island. It would be foolish for him to stay for any sort of reason. Looking around, he noticed a piece of paper on the ground. Placing it deep into his pocket. He would begin moving towards the docks, in the opposite direction of where Coniko was going, halfway there he would see a dead marine. Without missing a beat he would take the marine's clothes and continue his way to the docks.

Watching the smoke rise and spotting the marine making his leave with the small boy, Calico watched the marine leave and even heard the little boy's words. He started to worry the guy had been badly injured until he made his own way into the alleyway to look for the guy known as Kurome.

He couldn't see him or much else other than debris that had fallen and dust rising from each footstep he took. Eventually though he did resurface and as Calico caught sight of him, he couldn't help but laugh a little. He watched as the guy started to make his way from the incident and as he started running Calico started trying to pick up the pace too. It was a little difficult with an anchor weighing you down though. As he caught up to him dressing up in Marine clothing managed to only just catch up with him and started running alongside him.

"That guy's some real crazy fucker right? Hell of a party trick though. Gotta give him that." Noticing the blood oozing from Kurome's head Calico moved in closer. "You're going to need to get that thing sew up buddy. It looks pretty bad." he continued before he realized Kurome was more focused on escaping this place.

Calico wasn't entirely sure why, but he was pretty lonely and this guy seemed to need a helping hand.

"Name's Calico bro. You seem to be in a bit of a bind."

((Short post, Coniko has been forcibly exited due to absence as stated in dev's post))
Kurome limped his way away from the island. He didn't care too much that he had a cut in his head. He was more concerned about surviving. Looking back at the guy named Calico he said, "Its getting crazy, I need you to help me get out of here... The marines are killing everyone." he said looking at Calico. Taking a deep breath he began to teeter towards the docks. Sure it was filled with a huge amount of marines, but maybe Kurome would be able to find a ship for him to get out of here on.

Watching Kurome limp away as he said about needing help getting out of here Calico nodded.

"Sure mate. You got yourself a ship of your own or do we gotta get you one?" he asked. Calico had noticed how badly the limp was slowing the guy down and moved over to him offering his free arm to Kurome.

He figured if Kurome had a bit of support he could move a bit quicker and Calico could then have some fun taking down these dirty fuckers who were busy slaughtering the citizens of this poor town. The sooner he got to use his anchor and have a bit of fun the better Calico thought. He loved a bit of adrenaline. The feel of it coursing through your veins was the best feeling in the world. It was one that you just couldn't get enough of.

There was only one thing that topped it and that was sex, but even then you still have a hell of a rush.

Clenching the anchor on his other arm tied tightly Calico grinned, it was time to smash some skulls.
