Monokibei is 67 inches tall and weights 60 kilograms. He has black, shoulder-length hair that's often kept in dreadlocks. He has slanted, almond shaped eyes that shine a magnificent earthy hazel-brown and slightly yellowish skin due to his heritage. His face is usually flushed and pink due to the insane amounts of alcohol content coursing throughout him. His nose is somewhat larger than what one would call a regular sized nose, and his teeth are a fine hue of eggshell-white and clean from plaque and tartar. He carries a small, black, leather pouch on him that dangles from his neck, although he really doesn't use it to hold anything in particular. Monokibei sports a royal blue, cotton cloth gi-styled jacket with a red trim, tied together with a clashing, red sash. Underneath the jacket is a matching red, long-sleeved shirt. His body has noticeable muscle definition, but nothing that one would consider him to be really buff or thin and lanky. He carries a wooden gourd make purely out of some fine spruce tree from The Isle, inscribed with clouds and painted a slick, shiny black color, in which it holds alcohol and is usually around his waist. His pants are a pale, beige-cream-white mixture made also of cotton, with linen bandages wrapped around his shins and ankles. He wears black slippers that have weathered through many storms and walked many miles, and they look as if they're brand-spanking-new.

Personality: Monokibei has a carefree personality and isn't afraid to walk on the wild side all day, everyday. He drinks a lot, usually a whole keg of any alcoholic beverage before passing out. He considers himself to be an addict to all sorts of alcoholic beverages and doesn't really care about stopping to think about the consequences, He believes that if he isn't from all the rum by now, why would he die from another cup? Obviously, a man of long term planning. He even boasts about even being able to drink 100% alcohol without feeling sick or dying. He'll gladly accept any drinking contest and will 100% believe he'll win, seeing as he consumes enough alcohol to poison an elephant to death. If you ever challenge to a drinking contest, prepare to buy out the whole bar because the only thing left is going to be the bottles, and they're not gonna have jack squat left in there.

Being the carefree spirit he is, Monokibei doesn't really care about committing petty crimes. He'll steal alcohol and fruit, and even pick people's pockets, but anything past that is something he considers bad. He gets into fights because of his drunken stupor, more often than necessary, he's had loud-mouth Marines who talk big and try to arrest him, but now some of them are still in the hospital. If he doesn't like the food at a restaurant, it's his policy to stick them with the bill. But even a drunken asshole like himself knows true evil when he sees it. He considers evil to be those who use the weak for their own gain, and crush them under their heel when their through. He really despises people like that and won't hesitate to throw out some badass one-liners and punch the everliving shit out of them without mercy. He usually gets into trouble with the Marines for that purpose.

Of course, he still is a nice guy to be around. Monokibei loves to mess around with people to get some laughs out of everyone. He won't use their misery in lieu of everyone else's enjoyment though. He's very much a klutz, and will often comment on his butterfingers after dropping some usually important or highly valuable objects. Being the bum that he is, he doesn't pay for anything he breaks. He's not lazy, however. Monokibei will still work for a living and pay rent for his room and alcohol, and he's a damn hard worker as proven by many bosses being happy with his work ethic. The only thing that bothers people is that he comes into work drunk and smelling like vintage wine. People think that if you light a candle around him, he'll explode due to how bad the scent of alcohol is on him.

Monokibei always seems to be in a constant state of inebriation. Every second of the day, you'll find him stumbling around like an idiot or drunk but sober at the same time. The thing about him being the latter is that he's walking around in a fashion that any normal person would consider to be normal walking, but he's piss-drunk and flushed in the face.

Character History

Background
Monokibei led a relatively average life, aside from being sent to a martial arts academy at the age of six, but having to walk up a mountain to get there first, witnessing old disciples kill the monks and students, and nearly plummeting at terminal velocity into a gorge, his life was pretty normal. His parents cared for him, they weren't overbearing or unassertive, so they were pretty generic. After an incident regarding Monokibei's safety, they decided to send him to a martial arts academy up in the mountains. He had to make the journey alone so he walked up the whole mountain to find his next home. When he reached the academy, he was instantly put into training and moderate labour. His training was more focused on speed than anything else. He didn't really get into all the ideals and beliefs that they taught him, but he followed with it anyways.

Twelve years go by and Monokibei has grown up to be a fine young adult. It was finally his year when he was able to leave the academy with no repercussions whatsoever. However, some old disciples who graduated in the previous years were discontent that they felt like they didn't learn much about martial arts, so they decided to trek up the mountain and confront the monks about this whole thing. Monokibei's graduation took place, and the angry disciples burst in and started slaughtering the monks and students. Monokibei stood there and watched as everyone was dying. The students and monks knew how to fend for themselves, but their numbers proved too great for their skill and were overwhelmed by the horde. Monokibei decided it was time to run and get the hell out of here. As he was fleeing, he slipped on a rock and nearly went off the ledge. He was hanging there and was almost able to climb back up, if it weren't for the part of the horde that followed him. So he was pushed off.

Luckily, nobody bothered to look down as Monokibei was luckily pushed onto a ledge twelve feet below. His body hurt from the impact, but he was able to make it back up and back into town. He spent the rest of his past working as a shipwright, getting drunk, practicing martial arts, pissing people off, but he also had a short encounter with piracy. He was taken aboard a pirate ship and helped bootleg some stuff onto another island, which caused him to get into a major run-in with the Marines and giving him quite the bounty for nearing killing a Marine by cracking his skull open with his fists.

『Butterfly Bomber』- Monokibei sprints towards his opponent and makes a mad leap towards them, jumping high and far. He then throws down a powerful haymaker at them while still landing on his own two feet.

『This Is My Power!』- Monokibei does a leg sweep to trip up his opponent before standing above them and throwing a punch down into their stomach.

『Savour This Pain!』- Monokibei rushes towards his opponent before taking a step to the right and then throwing a hook straight towards his opponent's jaw.

Combo Combat:

『I Will Judge You!』- Monokibei starts off by strangling his opponent while flailing their neck rapidly to daze them, then curls up all five fingers into a fist before delivering a devastating punch to the face.

『My Fist Will Judge You!』- Monokibei pummels him opponent with a rapid fire fist attack, grabs them, tosses them up sideways(or down if they're too heavy) and punches them in the face.

『This Burning Heat!』- Monokibei kicks his opponent then charges at them with four strong punches before ending off with a barrage of punches that lift lighter people off the ground, then finishes off with a punch that knocks them away.

『I Have a Dream!』- Monokibei delivers a flurry of punches that carry the opponent upwards, then he jumps above them and throws another punch to knock them back down.

『The Sacrifice is You!』- Monokibei throws a flurry of rapid fire punches to knock the opponent down, then delivers another one while they're on the ground.
