Appearance:Vlad is a tall, lean guy. He has very pale skin and black greasy hair that is wild in appearance. He has bags under his eyes and seems to have a permanent scowl affixed to his face. His teeth are slightly yellowed and when he rarely smiles his k-9 teeth are very prominent. He has long arms with nimble and swift fingers. He gives off the aura of dead seriousness and people sometimes say that he resembles a vampire. He usually wears the basic marine uniform and always seems to be tired. His shoulders are not well developed and he is not very built.

Personality: Vlad is always a serious guy. He rarely has fun and if he does it is always undercut with a tense edge as if he would rather be anywhere else. Although that is not true even if he is serious a lot he is still kind hearted but most people wouldn’t get that from the scowl that seems to be permanently affixed to his face. Although he tries to be a good guy he is very spiteful and if he perceives you have wronged him he will try to get revenge. He has somewhat of a temper and believes in an eye for an eye. He is hard working and will do anything to reach the top because all in all he is a power hunger kid. He seeks immortally and doesn’t care in what form he gets it whether it be everlasting life or just his name never dying and being remembered forever. He cannot stand the idea of ceasing to be. He will not allow time to forget him and if people even by mistake forget him he will attempt to leave a mark in their mind that they will never forget. He hates the idea of devil fruits because he sees them as a cheap way for the weak to become strong.  He also despises the weak but to the physically weak but people who are able to help themselves but are mentally stopped because of they fear that they will not be useful.

Character History


Background
Vlad was born on an island in the east blue. He grew up as an only child and his father was a onetime marine turned farmer and his mother was a farmer also. His father was famed on the island as being a brave warrior who had to quit the marines when he lost his arm in a battle. He then returned home to his child hood sweet heart and they married and had Vlad. Vlad grew up fairly happy and always helping his parents with the farm. Even though his dad had one arm he was still able to work and provide for his family and even in his free time he would teach his son how to use his old spear.


When Vlad turned 10 years old a group of bandits popped up on the island and demanded a tax from the farmers who lived on the island. As the years rolled by Vlad grew to resent the fact that they would just give up there hard earned crops to a group of thieves. So one day when he was 15 he decides to take matters into his own hands and went to go fight the bandits with his dad’s old spear. At first he was doing well dispatching the bandits but then one sneaked up on him and whacked him upside the head knocking him out.


The bandits held him for ransom and when his dad came to pay that ransom they killed him for payback of the people who Vlad impaled. When they were focused on his dad Vlad was able to get out of his bindings and got his spear. This time he was able to take out all the bandits. He then carried his dad home who by then was dead. His journey home was marked by a trail of blood and tears and a promise that he would join the Marines and stop injustices like the one that had happened that day. SO he practiced everyday with the spear and finally entered the marines at the age of seventeen.

Weapon Based Combat: He relies heavily upon his spear in combat. He knows spear style and uses that a lot but he has also been trying to develop new techniques for it. He is skilled with using spear style but by no means is he a master. He uses his long arms with the precise strikes of spear style to be a deadly foe on the battle field.
